HAIR CARE

Hair is one important thing people look out for whenever a person steps out because the hair compliments whatever an individual wears.The following are steps to follow;   

1.Wash hair sparingly with a good quality shampoo.Try shampoos that do not contain sulfates(makes shampoos lather up) and parabens(preservatives that cause irritation and eye problems after prolonged use).Use shampoos with natural cleansers.USE SHAMPOOS THAT SUITS YOUR HAIR TYPES........

Curly or coarse hair wants frizz minimising and softening shampoos.

Straight or oily hair wants a gentle shampoo.

Coloured or treated hair needs a shampoo that is fortified with extracts or amino acids because treating your hair is essentially damaging it.

Dry hair needs shampoo with glycerin and collagen to restore some moisture into the hair.

2.Use conditioner depending on your hair type,length and treatment damage.Condition your hair properly based on hair types:

Fine hair:use botanical oil treatment before you shampoo.

For medium hair use a mosturizer with natural hydrators and keep your conditioner light.

3.Don't brush your hair too much:brushing or stimulating the scalp can pull hairs from follicles, create split ends and create irritation.

4.Let hair dry naturally:after you get out of the shower,give your hair a quick pat down,squeezing the hair between the towel.DO NOT RUB HAIR,REDUCE THE USE OF BLOW-DRIER(if u must,use at the lowest temperature setting and limit usage)
 5.Trim your hair regularly;the best way to get rid of split ends is to do it by yourself.
 6.Eat healthy and give your hair the right amount of vitamins:take diet rich in protein,fruits,vegetables,vit
amin C,iron and omega 3 fatty acids.

7.Reduce stress because it can cause hair loss.
